LT Office Products has been a vendor of ours, since 2004. LT Office Products has continued superior support through Fremont Investment & Loan to CapitalSource Bank and now Pacific Western Bank. Lenny and John, over the years have been very responsive to any urgencies that come up. John is very knowledgeable and diligent on HP and Sharp printers and copiers that we have in our offices. When placing toner orders I normally have them within one to two business days (and sometimes same day). I cannot say enough about the two of them and the support that they provide us when needed. Their response times even if it is a phone call, text, email or show up on site is really great. As a technician myself it is great when I can provide them with a lot of information to very little information on an issue and I can count on John troubleshoot and get the job completed.
